DAILY HEALTH TIP - Arctic Sea Super Omega 3
Fatty acids are essential for a healthy body. They make up much of the membrane that surrounds healthy cells. They are also used as building blocks for creation of body fat.
Hold on you say, is body fat not a bad thing! In excess amounts yes, but some body fat is absolutely essential to a healthy body.
However, not all fatty acids are a good thing. Saturated fatty acids found in animal fat has been associated with increased levels of Cholesterol and heart attack, whereas the unsaturated variety has the opposite effect. Japanes and Inuit fishermen have a far lower incidence of heart disease. Undoubtedly some of this is due to a healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise, but investigations have found that fish oils play a crucial role in reducing Cholesterol. These are referred to as Omega 3 Fatty Acids, which modern diets are short of or missing. Our bodies cannot manufacture them , so we must get them from our diet.
Omega 9 Fatty acids have similar benefits. These are also found in Olive Oil and the benefits of this in Mediterranean countries has been much discussed in recent years. The benefits of the Omega 3 Fatty Acids extend not only to the circulatory system, but also to the brain and may help children concentrate at school.
Now Forever Living Products have combined these into one convenient product. Naturally of course, FLP uses only the purest, most potent Omega 3 (each capsule contains 225 mg of EPA and 150 mg of DHA) as well as a healthy bonus of Omega 9 fatty acids from olive oil.
Take 2 a day to benefit from natural fatty acids.

Can Patience be taught ?
When asked of my weaknesses, the first thing that comes out of my lips is "Impatience". It is indeed a weakness. When I need something done it has to be then and there. I get really agitated when I see someone who is expected to be serving me , just dilly dallying around while I wait. If I need something from someone, my mind expects whatever it is to be implemented and/or fulfilled in the next couple of minutes.
My patience has been so bad , I once went to a hospital and left because I couldn't stand the thought of waiting.I hate the thought of going to Government Offices because of the same thing. Waiting!
On the roads Daladalas are famous for cutting in front of other cars ( Kuchomekea) when in queues or even stopping in the middle of the road to let passengers in. There are others who use the service roads and then cut in, infront of others who are rightfully on the road. All of this because of Impatience.
Can a person be taught Patience? Waiting calmly even if things are not moving.....?Or is it a habit or character that one is born with that can't be changed? I personally have tried to change, but I still find it difficult.
Most of the time I end up angry and close to having a mental breakdown when things are not moving.
Is it good to be patient? Does it help?Do things get done when you are patient, or does time move fast.....leaving you waiting, all alone?
