Sometimes you can wake up one morning and feel sad or blue. Then you try to recollect what happened the previous day that made you feel sad.There are some people who let their emotions get the best of them. If they are mad at you , they are really mad and it will take a while for them to tell you.
No matter how much they are taught to deal with such pent up anger and to voice it out, they still hold it in.
Others have a way of dealing with emotions and stresses by sleeping it off.For them this calms them down , even if it means crying themselves to sleep.
There are those people who talk their heads off as a means of releasing their hidden feelings. Long conversations that drag on and on.
