I have two job offers, which one should I accept?

Before accepting a job offer you have to know what it is that you are looking for.  If you are in employment now, you should first ask yourself why you are considering moving. If it is in search of a better salary, then definitely the offer has to be more than what you are currently earning.

If it is job security that you are seeking, then you should really do a research on the company to know the rate of staff turnover and whether most employees are terminated or resign on their own accord.

For different people the choice of a new employer varies. A person with years of experience would consider other perks when it comes to accepting an offer. Various allowances provided by the company, employee benefits, the job itself etc.

A person with less than a year of work experience normally would go for a job that offers a high salary. It is normal because we all want to get a good pay when we start working.

So before you decide which offer to accept here are a few things you should think about and compare between the two offers;
Working hours
The pay
Available Bonuses or Incentives
The Type of position you have been offered
Proximity of your office to your residence
Allowances offered

Remember, before accepting any new job think of “why “you want to move from your current employment.
